Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 2, 2020, Ashutosh Kulkarni informed McAfee Corp. (the Company) of his decision to resign from his position as the Companys Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Enterprise Business Group, effective January 1, 2021. Shishir Singh, the Companys Senior Vice President of Engineering, will assume the duties of Chief Product Officer, Enterprise Business Group, on an interim basis.
Mr. Singh joined the organization in 2014 and is currently responsible for leading the Companys unified cloud security solutions including Web Protection, Data Protection, CASB and Network Security. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Singh has held senior engineering positions with Cisco, Cyphort, IronPort Systems, and Bluecoat, among others.
